Our initiatives will be centered on promoting the physical, behavioral and social health and wellness of those living in the Culpeper, and surrounding communities. Duties:Develop Private Foundation infrastructure to include: Accounting, IT Services, Financial Investments, Human Resources, Commercial Real Estate Development,Strategic Planning, and day to day operations of the Foundation.Strategic Planning based around community needs to build or fund community needs.Communication collaboration with elected officials on developing an activity community. Consulting, including business plan & sales strategy development for Medical Wellness Centers and Private Communication Foundations.Develop new Foundation business structures, policies and structure development. Generated new development deals for Foundation real estate focused on old and new Commercial Properties projects.Comprehensive Foundation Board engagement for successful planning and development.
