      During this role rotational internship I worked within the Merchandise, Food and Beverage and Front Desk departments at the Disney's All Star Resorts. In merchandise, my duties were to assist customers with their sales and use the computer register. I was also a ‘money counter’ which involved balalancing and auditing the days sales and handling large amounts of money. In food and beverage, I experienced a high volume of guests and rigorously practiced food hygiene. Some of the duties for my front desk role were to check guests into the resort and deal with any of their inquiries and complaints. I started as a Guest Service Agent, then progressed to a departmental trainer and a pre-arrival coordinator.As a pre-arrival coordinator I would overlook a high volume of incoming reservations and anticipate guests needs, honour guest request and reward loyal guests with upgrades and amenities.
