      -I assisted in coaching youth lacrosse camps for 5-13 year old kids through drill development and implementation, while simultaneously ensuring the well-being of all of the kids.-I was able to work with kids of both beginner and intermediate skill level, and develop drills and games to not only improve their skill but also provide them with exercise and entertainment.-In addition to communication with the players, I had to communicate with all parents/guardians, and provide them with updates on their child and his/her improvement throughout the week.
