  Drive the introduction of the new product through theNPI Processo Review all build results and summarize/communicate process readinesso Create NPI plan to collect, analyse input and communicate Process of Record, risk analysis and product documentation for each new product. Develop, validate and document the configuration requirement, baseline plan and/or model in relation to MOR (Model of Record), POR (Plan or Process of Record), TOR (Tool of Record) and BOM (Bill of Materials) for the new or transferred products and packages, to support the effort to create commonality, stamping mould and subsequent process across all departments.o Collaborate with development, Design, NPI, Process and Equipment groups to enable on-time qualification of new product/packaging solution, thru the definition of package multi-functional design review with initial feasibility study and review, leading to Final Product.o Hold regular internal site manufacturing meetings to support prototyping, process development and PI readinesso Complete feasibility assessment and PFMEA for manufacturing siteso Perform NPI execution by assessing the qualification, low volume build result and high volume readiness status by means of NPI Checklist & phase gate meeting.o Support Build fulfilment with Customer Samples, Engineering Samples, Quality Samples or other Controlled Engineering builds for new products/packages. o Monitor process stability through on-going review of performance metrics (yield, quality, cost, etc, depending on which metric is impacted by the project)o Be the domain specialist of the NPI business process and system and develop strategies to drive continuousimprovement.   New Product Introduction Engineer

  ‣ Review drawing from customers and Responsible for verifying the customer documents for any NPI and deciding on the customer deliverables.‣ Responsible for new RFQ completion in coordination with Purchase, Process, Test, QA and Program Management Team. ‣ Responsible to start NPI meeting and close the meeting with all required data also work with Process / Test /QA Engineers to get detailed status report during FA build and publish it to the team.‣ Lead to review drawing for the risk analysis of the part with all of department and notice to customers for the risk.‣ Arrange and lead meeting with customers and supplier for the checking method allignment interpreting their needs and requirements, and conveying them to the Internal Team.‣ Monitoring the projects till 'FA & Prototypes’ are passed by the customer and then handing them over to production team with the support of process/test/QA engineers.‣ Lead Technical Engineer for the planning schedule, preparing, coordinating, and monitoring report and weekly meeting with customers.‣ Prepare process documentation to support product launch such as PPAP documentation. Generate Best-Practice-Product Cost Calculations considering a Total Cost approach. 3. Execution of internal and external process validations and evaluation of the Cost performance within respective Commodity. 4. Up keep Understanding on current related market cost; to ensure the costing provide matching to market. 5. Continuous development of group wide Cost Engineering technology-specific Reference-processes, procedures and tools. 6. Make recommendations of best business practices with most cost effective build. 7. Participate in reviews with the project team. 8. Work with related teams ensure all questions and concerns are addressed, with capable for analyze, judge for right decision. 9. Plans, coordinates, review and executes the activities involved on costing with from the start phase until completed pass through to business unit. 10. Able and willing to travel to customer meetings, locally, nationally, and abroad if necessary. 11. Interface with all internal (related) departments to ensure they are kept up to date on the requirement info that are created to support the costing requests. 12.
