      Primary Responsibilities:• Attending to Quotations/ cost estimates according to client specifications.• Attending to Insurance quotes for insuring goods in transit.• Negotiating prices with suppliers.• Registration of new jobs on AS400.• Arranging appropriate vehicles to transport products in accordance with the supplier specs and quantity of the cargo• Assisting in framing Export Bill of Entries (SAD500) utilizing the commercial invoice packing list, entry breakdown and Import Bill of Entries.• Application of Namibian Bond Letter• Attending to a Certificate of Origin for consignee purposes.• Ensuring that the shipment is attended to timelessly, from the point of loading to the point offloading including liaising with suppliers, clients and customs. This also includes batching of all necessary documents and sending out of exit/ entry pre-alerts to the respective borders avoiding standing time and ensuring customer satisfaction.• Providing daily status reports to clients.• Ensuring that a duly signed and completed Proof of delivery is received in order to invoice the client.• Accruing on files for expected costs.• Clients handled include the following: o Toyota Angola, o Mondelez/ Kraft/ Cadbury Angola, o OK Furniture Angola/ Zambia,o BMW Local,o McWade Tanzania,o RTT Zimbabwe/ Zambia/ Mozambique, o E-Traction t/a Mala’s Tyres Zambia/ Zimbabwe/ Mozambique.
