The 2-year program had a $130MM NPV, mainly driven by tax incentives and product supply efficiencies. This included acquiring and integrating a Beauty Care facility, opening a new Customization Center and inaugurating a new Distribution Center (all in the Rio de Janeiro state).- Managed a team of over 100 people, responsible for developing, configuring, testing and cutting over the required changes. Directly responsible for a budget of around $10MM / year and overall program leadership / communications to senior leadership.
