Responsibility of Team Lead :- Involve with Work From Home, familiar with OneDrive and Sharepoint working environment.- Main communication via Mircrosoft Teams and various meetings held. - To support Project Team in Data Population task, turn over in time to meet the submission timeline. - To work with various Nationality team members.- To manage Data Population Team manpower versus task management versus time management. - To plan ahead and draw the outline of planning, execute, oversee and review. - To cope with vessel ad hoc request to iron out NSE problems. - To involve in Data Governance task, backend moderation of new PMS in order to close out the data gap, smoothen the implementation onboard vessel.
