(PQR, WPS).• Review and maintaining of Calibration certificates of Instruments, Personnel Certifications, Batch test Certificates for Consumables etc.• Performing Inspection and Testing as per Q.C Procedure and Client Specifications.• Inspections of leak Testing for Nozzles pad plate, and clean out door assembly and hydro testing as API 6D and ASME-VIII requirements.• Preparation and maintenance of Non-Conformance reports (NCR).• Welding Inspection & NDT inspection of Heavy Structural, Pressure Vessels, Tank & Tank Nozzles, Pipe fit up & alignment.• Lessoning with Third party/ Client Inspectors.• Reviewing vendor’s drawing, manufacturer’s data sheet and quality inspection plan.• Identification and Inspection of Procured Material, Test Certificate Verification, By Chemical Analysis, Hardness Test etc of Valve Bodies.• Verifying all incoming and Vendor Inspection for Plates, Pipes, gaskets, Flanges, Bushes as per standards and contact document requirement.
