      Drilling & Workover Services Dept. | Drilling Rig Support Div. | DERU • After completing all prerequisites for the Maintenance Planner job, achieved Saudi Aramco's Corporate Maintenance Planning Certification.• As per TPRM guidelines, monitoring received notifications from operations (Bay-1 & Bay-3) regarding correct content, type, work center, duplication, & planning group for drilling tools, fishing tools, & BOPs. To plan & schedule the work, verify the outstanding notifications & their clear scope, & visit the field to clarify the originator's intent.• Optimized maintenance package by aligning corrective work orders (WOs) with operational notifications, effectively allocating resources (Materials, Services, Manpower) & scheduling jobs; improved operational efficiency by 30% & reduced downtime by 25%• Managed daily maintenance routines with Maintenance, Operation Foreman, Maint. Engineer, and Craftsman. In order to clarify the work to be performed, obtain all information for the crafts: drawings, critical materials, & special procedures.• Inspection WOs were created under approved notifications through PM07 WOs & DTHs. Certification WOs were created through M3 notifications, PM06 & PM07 WOs, & DTHs. Modified the Quotes received from different vendors for certification jobs. The PM04 WO was created to support small repairs that require little manpower & materials.• In SAP, new equipment & functional locations were created for newly installed equipment.• Initiated a purchase requisition for non-catalog, important material in SAP using Direct Charge. Contacted the Purchasing & Vendors to expedite the PR & PO for the necessary materials. • After the job is complete, close the maintenance work order technically by indicating the workable or unworkable status, percent, estimated completion date, reason for delay, etc.• Monitoring key performance indicators using the MIR reports. Show less Southern Area Oil Drilling Department | Drilling Rig Maintenance Division | Maintenance Planning & Material Unit • Maintenance Planner for Onshore Rig SAR-153• A morning conference call was attended for any urgent requirements at the rig site.• In accordance with Daily Work Schedule & Manpower Distribution GI 1020.000, completed all daily schedule activities. Ensures compliance with Saudi Aramco Maintenance & Reliability Management System GI. 1000.500 by receiving, logging, and completing PM01 work orders.• Perform MIGO_GI before scheduling all released maintenance orders, material reservations, and committed materials. Order non-catalog material through DCMR if it is not in stock, and follow up until it arrives.• Identified all materials, tools, equipment, and special preparations required for each job step and scheduled support equipment such as a trailer, forklift, crane, and compressor as needed.• Prepared materials on site before the job and returned surplus and excess materials to the storehouse. Visit job sites to ensure efficient completion of work.• In case of malfunctioning rig equipment, gas monitors, and relief valves, approved vendors are contacted for repair and certification. Fire extinguishers of all types are sent to the Fire Department for repair through work orders.• To provide updates and status updates on work orders, I attended weekly meetings with the Superintendent, Maintenance Engineer, and Rig Foreman.• On a weekly schedule, maintenance jobs from the backlog and those to be worked in the upcoming week were listed. All work orders were corrected and technically completed before being closed.• Managed other rig activities for Onshore Rig SAR-103, Rig SAR-152, and Offshore Rig SAR-201 and Rig SAR-202 during the absence of the rig planner.• Maintain all maintenance system data files accurately.
