In 2006 was a member of the transitional management team that took CTEEP, a Brazilian company acquired by ISA. Direct report to the CEO and to the Chairman of the Board. Compliance Officer with over 25 years’ experience in US/NYSE listed companies. Highlights: As compliance officer, successfully implemented the standards of business conduct, the ethics code and the corporate governance program. Between 2010 and 2020, trained over 5,000 executives in FCPA/SOX Compliance and Audit issues. Led the team in charge of FCPA investigations. Acted as Secretary of the Board of Directors, Secretary of the Audit Committee and head of the Company’s Ethics Committee. Prepared risk maps and monitored main threats and opportunities for the company.
