  Responsible for delivery of services for the TietoEVRY account, a major IT outsourcing company in the Nordics. In this role I lead an international team of 600+ skilled employees, supporting a broad variety of technology platforms. Leader for IBM GTS Nordic Integrated Service Management. Overall responsible for an international team of 250+ skilled employees, supporting more than 80 Nordic clients of various sizes and complexities. Integrated Service Management provides ITIL management services to IBM outsourcing clients, ensuring that operational targets and SLAs on quality and cost are met. Manager for the Service Management Process Leads in IMT Nordic. Responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring adherence to IBM ITIL processes within SO Delivery. In my role as Cost Manager I was responsible for identifying and driving cost improvement activities across IBM Denmark's Strategic Outsourcing Delivery organisation. These activities spanned both labor and non-labor opportunities. I was also responsible for acting as a Change Agent for improved understanding of cost elements and control of cost in the service line organisations, up to Executive level.
