  Prisma Health is the largest not-for-profit health organization in South Carolina, formed by the merger of Palmetto Health and the Greenville Hospital System.In my role I was charged with preparing clinical-related analysis research documentation and variations and served as advanced user of Cerner EHR system and Business Intelligence products including SAP and Qlik. I worked collaboratively with hospital department executives to manage requirements gathering phase and data modeling throughout extract, transform, and layer (ETL) process.My role included:Project Management: I identified over $250,000,000 in potential audit charges while leading the “Level of Care” project that identified potential unsigned patient admission and discharge orders.Process Improvement: The “Level of Care” project enabled the creation of a new standard methodology through hard stops when entering in data points for clinical staff to follow when charting patients which saved millions of dollars.Database Design: I streamlined the reporting processes by designing departmental databases in Access.Data Flow: I improved organizational data flows after data mining, strategizing, querying, and developing SAP Business Objects reports and Qlik applications to identify important KPIs.Data Integrity: You can never be too cautious with your data, so I upgraded our data integrity and effectively processed data source information through compilation, categorization, calculation, tabulation, and verification while translating and interpreting data to senior leadership.
