  Supporting and leading skilled network engineers within BT’s Global Cloud Solutions. My role includes day to day line management of direct reports, delivering on cost saving targets, setting/reaching tactical and strategic goals, stakeholder management, escalation management and service improvement initiatives.OCC utilises the latest Call Manager and UC App estate and is available in 90 countries. It has also been developed to integrate with a host of services including Microsoft Teams and contact centres.We are trusted by our most sensitive customers, including critical national infrastructure, hospitals, police forces, as well as organisations across all key industries. Show less I worked as a UC Collaboration / Network Engineer for BT’s One Cloud Cisco team. During this time I built knowledge on many UC based technologies such as; Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco IMP, Expressway, Cisco Unified Attendant Console (CUAC), Cisco Emergency Responder, VMware, Cisco ASA Firewalls etc. Provisioning on our private cloud platform to connect our customers. Providing customers with voice and communication services as well as troubleshooting issues (network, application and voice) and working on many application upgrade projects.This role familiarised me with the demands and expectations of global customers and working with strict processes and SLA’s from all business environments including organisations within the government, health and financial sector.
