  1. Managed the audit, assurance and tax engagements for a broad range of clients including an US listed foreign private issuer, Taiwan TWSE and OTC listed as well as nonpublic companies, a private International school, and mutual funds2. Acted as a project manager to facilitate Taiwan public company clients in adopting and converting to the IFRS from Taiwan GAAP. 3. Handled the Initial public offering (“IPO”) engagements including listing of shares on Taiwan TWSE and OTC by foreign issuers ("F-shares") and local issuers, as well as Taiwan Depositary Receipts (TDRs) listing. 4. Helped an US listed client successfully implement internal control over financial reporting and achieve compliance with section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. 5.
