      Krus was a central administrative agency for the Swedish Government and had an advisory role in relation to the Government, and a consultative role in relation to the agencies. I coordinated and implemented two national government projects on gender equality and ethical guidelines. Supported Swedish agencies in developing tools and methods, such as e-learning tools and manuals, to implement ethical guidelines and anticorruption efforts. I evaluated the progress and efforts carried out by relevant agencies. I evaluated the progress and efforts carried out by relevant agencies. ⇨ Some of my key contributions to this role include the following:• I initiated a conference on whistleblowing, a topic that related to several projects at Krus, and therefore was an effective use of our limited resources. • In the end of the project I was promoted and independently responsible for reporting back on the projects to the government offices in form of written reports and oral presentations.       As Commission Secretary with Swedish Government Offices, Swedish Commission for Shoreline Protection & Management, I planned, championed, and participated in various activities to enhance shoreline protection legislation’s appropriate implementation. I managed a project to develop a series of seminars; I held accountability for the procurement, as well as for generating reports on analysis and background. I attended meetings with outside consultancies and specialists to inform my detection and organization of the requirements for examination. ⇨ Some of my key contributions to this role include the following:• Organized expert meetings, and conducted input from government agencies and civil society actors to develop interactive education tools—one of these accumulating more than 10K uses.• Initiated and organized a seminar in a biosphere reserve designated by Unesco as a model for sustainable development in Kristiad, Sweden, to make water ecology understandable to the public, discuss how environmental exploitation affects biodiversity, and learn from examples on how to preserve resources of nature while developing an area.       As Researcher with the Peace and Development Program at Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, I contributed to the SIPRI Yearbook on the implementation of the Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) Agenda. I cooperated directly with external organizations on multiple projects, such as an Anti-Vehicle Mine project with the Geneva International Center for Humanitarian Demining, on behalf of SIPRI; I assessed field office data, and I formulated methodologies to produce analyses and tendencies of the humanitarian and developmental impacts of AVMs. I collaborated closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to coordinate the Stockholm Forum on Peace & Development; I planned and developed sessions, in addition to offering insight into the Forum’s general program.⇨ Some of my key contributions to this role include the following:• I began and developed a session to conduct good examples and knowledge on how to overcome practical challenges that mediators often face when aiming for an inclusive peace process.• I initiated an open, public event based on a personally co-led Stockholm Forum session, “How Do the Arts Contribute to Sustainable Peace?”.
