  Hi, I’m Dan Daly, CSCS, a performance coach and founder of Train Daly. I specialize in helping swimmers of all ages and abilities improve their technique, strength, and speed through a combination of swim coaching and dryland strength and conditioning. With over 15 years of experience in the personal training industry and more than 30 years as a competitive swimmer, I work with a diverse range of clients—from world-class competitive swimmers and triathletes to beginners—focusing on everything from distance goals like triathlons and channel swims to sprinting events.Beyond individual coaching, I mentor other coaches on personal branding and certification, deliver workshops on technique and programming, and collaborate with top brands like Vasa Trainer, TheMagic5, and Speedo.
