Managing and running Ports America New Orleans' entire container terminal. Developing a working budget, setting the overall terminal strategy to achieve the overall company goals. Managing a team of 7 to direct Gate, Terminal, and Marine operations. Perusing new business, drafting and signing new contracts and service license agreements with major shipping lines. Planning and running vessel operations at Port of Houston's Bayport Container terminal for Terminal Link Texas.
