      I am responsible for a team of nine - two engineers and seven technicians – operating two pilot plants and related utilities. - I have led three product development projects, including resource coordination and experiment planning as well. - Participation in several major projects, e.g.: an R&D centre EPC project and the procurement of various systems and instruments, including a pilot reactor with a CAPEX of 1.6M EUR. - ‘Trickle-down’ implementation of a group-level competence development program for blue collar employees. Show less Between 2017-2019, our team worked on the implementation of a brand new R&D center in Százhalombatta. My main focus was on the procurement and technical implementation of two pilot reactors and their related utilities, along with providing technical input to the definition of an initial product portfolio, as well as technical consultancy for the plant technologists. From early 2020, I have been focusing on the commissioning of said pilot units and initiating product development project.- Contributed to the design and implementation of a brand-new R&D facility, including instruments and technology-related utilities as well. - Supported the design of a new petrochemical complex, with product-related data and insights, including the specifications for 18 products, later used as EPC quality guarantees.- Drove production technology-related competence development, including the selection and training of operating personnel.- Negotiated a long-term R&D cooperation with technology licensor, acting as a coordinator ever since.- Managed the commissioning of one of our pilot reactors, acting as a liaison among various stakeholders.
