      -worked overnights 5 days a week, 11 PM-7:30 AM at Robinswood, a 30-90 day placement facility for foster kids 9-18 years old- provided emotional support to youth having trauma responses-facilitated “Plan B” conversations with kids after they had emotional or physical reactions to situations that violated the boundaries of the other youth-wrote Behavior-Intervention-Outcome (BIO) notes documenting interactions with youth and the service provided-wrote Incident Reports (IRs) and Suspected Child Abuse Reports (SCARs)-performed wellness checks on all youth every 30 minutes throughout the night-performed Enhanced Supervision (ES) checks on youth at risk for self-harm every 15 minutes-advocated for youth needs to supervisors-debriefed events of each night during shift change-cleaned and sanitized the whole facility Show less -worked as an on-call employee at New Avenues For Youth, covered shifts at Drop-In (a drop-in center for homeless youth), SMYRC (Sexual Minority Resource Center), Transitional Housing (transitional housing program for homeless youth), and Robinswood (a foster youth placement)-engaged with youth at Drop-In while they had a hot meal and accessed other services, including clothing closet, laundry, and showers-checked in LGBT youth at SMYRC groups, cooked food for youth, actively listened to youth, facilitated access to clothing closet, facilitated activities and discussions-wrote Data Assessment Plan (DAP) notes, Incident Reports (IRs), Missing Persons Reports in Transitional Housing, helped youth with homework, cleaned communal spaces-supervised youth at Robinswood, facilitated groups, outings, meals, intervened when conflict between youth arose, wrote Behavior Intervention Outcome (BIO) notes and IRs Show less
