  As one of the expensive projects in Europe (22.7 billion DKK), “The City Ring” includes 15.5 km underground tunnel and 17 station shafts, which I was responsible for 4 of them. With 6 TBM machines running simultaneously, the project is considered the biggest infrastructure projects in Denmark.As a worksite manager and client representative in different stations, I was responsible for all constructional activities and documentation on-site. In addition, I take care of OHS implementation on site, environmental issues, communication with the contractor, subcontractors and external organizations etc.My main tasks and responsibilities :- Supervise the contractor and the subcontractors- Ensure that projects activities are in line with project specifications, scope of work, schedule and requirements- Coordinate internally and externally the overall site activities- Monitor and report progress, claims and variations- Supervision of the Contractor’s site construction activities to a level agreed by the Top management- Ensure that the correct documents are in place, in valid for construction versions, as required for production on site.- Monitor and record Contractor´s compliance with the extent of the Contract and raise shortcomings- Preparation of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Supervision Reports-Coordination with planning department-Weekly and monthly updates of planning reports-Cost control support- Oversee that the control of construction material is undertaken as described in the Inspection and Test Plans- Call and chair regular meetings with the Contractors on all kind of issues.- Occupational Health & Safety Coordination - meetings, reports- Coordinate architectural finishes and Mechanical and Electrical installations Show less
