      Working within the Design & Construction Team and worked as the Project Manager on the second and third global hotels by Zoku, namely Zoku Copenhagen and Zoku Vienna, both opened Q2 2021.Brand Standard Development & Procurement: Established both technical brand standards and a design brand standard package for the future roll out of Zoku hotels around the world. Standardised the design of the hotel loft into BIM with full specification requirements. Worked with global brands to arrange corporate deals and reliable partners for the future projects. Curate Hotel Design for Implementation across Europe & America: Adapted the hotel loft design for implementation in both Europe and America. Worked with internal and external stakeholders to curate the design with our interior partner, Zoku Brand team and Zoku Operations team before acting as a consultant to local developers in Europe (Denmark, Austria, France & Belgium).Feasibility & Test Planning: Assessing new potential hotel locations and working to maximize the efficiency of the building. Planning of hotel lofts and also public areas. Working to fit within new developments and existing buildings.Budget Management: Establishing the demarcation of works between Zoku and our development partners. Management of the Zoku Investment and Owner Contribution in Copenhagen (160 lofts) and Vienna (131 lofts). Investments for each hotel vary between €4m and €6m. All projects finished under budget.Time Management: Responsible for the programming of the build out of the hotel projects.
