  - Responsible for ensuring a seamless and optimised end to end supply chain for 7 active ingredients (A.I) in Insecticide portfolio (ca 500 mio $ annual sale on lead product basis / total associated annual sale ca 1 bio $).- Agile launches of new products and packs in Europe and USA.- Delivered mega growth of Lambdacyahalothrin (LCH) from 1600 tons in 2015 to 3100 tons in 2019 by building up quick capacity and innovative registration techniques.- Designed and implemented the strategy for a phased expansion of microencapsulation capacity to match the market volatility and regional requirements.- Re-designed the Diafenthuiron (DFN) supply chain to make the product cost competitive against generics whilst maintaining reliability and smooth supply during the change.- Negotiated with an unfriendly competitor who had taken over one of our suppliers and ensured supply of product with minimal cost rise whilst starting the process of sourcing from scratch with an Asian supplier.
