  I was employed Warehouse Team Leader. I supervised 27 company associates an agent workers while conducting warehouse operations for the facility. My primary function in this position was to manage the inventory stock in support of production activities within the facility. I would receive requisition orders from various entities within the facility, and oversee the supplying of the needed materials to the requesting party. I would also conduct monthly inventories to account for all materials on hand and addressed any discrepancies in inventory stock, and determine if there was a need to replenish materials in support of the production cycle. I also communicated with production managers on a daily basis to ensure that all levels were maintained. I also made adjustments to inventory levels based upon the demand of the production lines. In addition to managing stock, I was also maintaining the overall appearance of the warehouse.   I am currently employed in the position of Warehouse Supervisor (MVO) with the Logistics Division located at Womack Army Medical Center. I serve as the technical and administrative supervisor providing instructions and priorities while ensuring compliance with policies. I make routine decisions regarding execution of policy which has been interpreted or established at the next higher supervisory level. Specifically, I am tasked with supporting and overseeing customer service activities and warehouse operations within the Property Warehouse to ensure production load and personnel are shifted/adjusted to meet the demands placed upon the medical center warehouse during deployments or medical emergencies. I utilize the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS) automated equipment management system to process requisitions, and to account for all equipment stored in the Property Warehouse.   As A Help Desk Technician, I assist in installing and troubleshooting all Microsoft Operating System Software, and office automation software in use on the currently supported desktop. I Install and configure all components of the workstation configuration, such as network cards, sound cards, modems, video cards, printers, scanner, FAXs and other software and peripherals. I fully support, and utilize the Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) System currently available in the facility. I monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve all operational and software problems associated with network and stand-alone printers, as well as perform all other Desktop support operational tasks requested that are specific to the campus environment to which they are assigned. I document in the EMTS, and coordinate resolution of all issues that could not be resolved during deployment at the customer site. I connect all existing peripherals to deployed equipment and ensure operability before departing the customer site. I assist with the keeping a current inventory of all equipment removed from service, and all replacement equipment upon completion of repairs, and ensure that the entire system is completely operational. I test Workstations both in a standalone mode, and as part of a network, if originally connected. I setup and maintain Active Directory account restrictions and user rights.   I am currently employed in the position of IT Specialist (CUSTSPT/PLCYPLN) within the Business Operations Branch within the Network Enterprise Center—Fort Liberty. As an IT Specialist, I support the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) – Fort Liberty Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Asset, Change, and Configuration Management programs. My work supports the strategic plan of the Network Enterprise Center – Fort Liberty by providing asset accountability, configuration control, hardware tracking, network device tracking, and software license tracking. This is accomplished through the change management process that allows the Network Enterprise Center - Fort Liberty to respond to and meet mission requirements through the optimal application of IT systems and services.I am tasked with entering and maintaining all hardware, network devices, servers, and software license information into the Enterprise Remedy Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Configuration Management Database (CMDB). I track all asset information that is entered into the CMDB through its lifecycle which includes when it is received, stored, issued, repaired, relocated or removed from service. I track asset usage through the information contained in the CMDB and provide reports to management regarding which assets are schedule to have their warranty protection expire and which assets need to be placed under a an extend warranty or maintenance contract. I am also tasked with preparing documentation and coordinates the movement of all asset transfers and equipment moves with the appropriate hand receipt holder and accountable officer as needed. I conduct periodic physical inventories and reconcile all required information to ensure that serial numbers, makes, models and location of equipment are physically verified, recorded and reported in the CMDB.
