  In my current role I am managing Pilkington Automotive Finland's certified business management systems IATF 16949:2016 for automotive industry and ISO TS 22163:2017 for railway industry. The certified business management systems are including also customer specific requirements of the OEM customers we are supplying. I working as a process owner in customer concern, laboratory, auditing (system, process and product), homologation and product safety processes. My role is also to support and train our process owners in order to achieve intended results and preferred customer satisfaction. I am a member of Pilkington Automotive Finland's management team. Show less In the role of New Model Introduction Manager I was in charge of our feasibility, costing, tooling and new model implementation processes for automotive and railway customers. Typical project management tools in use were MS Project, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA (R&R analysis) and CPk analysis. The used material were loaded in the IMDS system. The feasibility and costing were part of tender management process. I was a process owner for new model introduction process what started from a customer order and ended up to customer approval of new part. The process was liked very closely to our customer desing processes. Succelful management of the process needed very close cooperation with our customers, sales, R&D logistic and production processes. Revenge engineering was commonly used. Show less
