  • Processing orders into SAP handles full cycle from order entry to invoicing accurately with accordance to waters guidelines and policies, received and policies, received primarily via email. • Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage and resolve all issues relating to order fulfilment and as directed by manager. • Supply Chain Management and demand planning : SAP Ordering Process and close collaboration with Global Operations team to ensure efficient operation between distribution centre and customers.• Customer management including enquiries, orders, payments and all customers services related areas to follow up closure.• Performing back -up/standby duties as needed to ensure smooth daily Order Operations to support business growth.
