  Teaching Leader

  Teaching Leader at EF Junior Destination means working with kids aged 8-14 years. It involves both teaching and leading activities and is a seasonal position which I held for 6 weeks during the summer of 2017. I delivered the EF academic programme to classroom groups of up to 17 language students. Outside of the classroom, I worked with international staff to lead activities, field trips and social events for groups of 30-40 international students. I manage public relations, oversee newsletters and social media, promote events, and maintain the association’s image. The association unites young professionals who have completed professional development programme “Create Lithuania”. The main objectives of this association are to continue meaningful projects that started as part of the programme and to keep the network ties active between the participants.
