My duties included answering any queries from residents or visitors, fire alarm testing, maintenance checks, receiving and making telephone calls, filing, sorting post, accepting deliveries and administering first aid and overseeing evacuation when necessary.

  Work Experience

  As part of a small number of students from my university, I travelled to Madrid to complete work experience with The Miami Ad School. Whilst we were there, we worked on a brief for Interflora which included planning an event and designing a digital advert.

  I worked alongside Karmarama on a brief for Emmi in the final year of my BA (Hons) Advertising degree. Myself and my team planned a fully integrated advertising campaign.

  Mental Health Support Worker

  Whilst working at Cygnet I successfully completed Therapeutic Management of Violence and Aggression (TMVA) training. I worked with a range of patients, primarily on a mixed adolescent ward, supporting them both in hospital and on leave/trips.
