Responsible for promoting and executing the commander's vision and imperatives; assists and advises the commander on all enlisted matters; responsible for planning, coordination and executing quality training, combat readiness, professional development and mentorship of 70 NCOs in 18 differentMOSs, morale, health, welfare, and discipline of Soldiers. Supports the USAOTC Family Readiness Group of over 250 families and ensures DOD expectations for the SHARP/EO/EEO programs are met. Provides administrative, maintenance and logistics support to service members from all DoD services.
