  Current project: Store Number ExpansionWalmart stores, Sam’s Clubs stores, distribution centers, and Home Office departments and all U.S. computer systems that interface with Walmart systems around the world must accept five digit numbers in the store number field that currently is a 4 digits field. This project is handling contractors with resources offshore and on site that are working with Agile methodologies to modify more than 50K programs, modules and jobs to get the finance systems (AP, AR, GL, TIPS/LC, SAP, POS, EDI) aligned with the business systems. The budget for this project is 4.4MM to start with USA, Canada and Mexico. AR. AP and GL were completed for USA on January 31, 2016.previous project: ReconNET – Global Reconciliation process The scope of this project was to implement a reconciliation system (ReconNET) in all Wal-Mart stores around the world. I Manage the project to control and monitor 1.5MM Budget, schedule, resources and scope, Identifying the requirements, and needs of customers and team members in English and Spanish. Lead of QAs (7), Developers (16), BAs (5), CRM (2) and business stakeholders (34) through Agile methodology in order to build team confidence to succeed and exceed customer expectations. Created a good relationship with sponsors and stakeholders due to excellent team work resulting in a delivery project on time and under budget. Successful installation started in November-2015 In Mexico and Costa Rica.
