Assisted in writing The Alabama Coaching Framework with a team from Alabama. This team included multiple departments collaborating over the summer of 2020. Supporting the Alabama State Department to create a principal leadership continuum and materials.Additional work outside of the Comprehensive Center includes educator preparation program content evaluation, professional learning content and delivery evaluations, and multiple content reviews of literacy materials.
