  As a full-time Course Assistant for Intro to Supply Chain Management at Rutgers University-New Brunswick, I was responsible for providing personalized academic support and mentorship to a group of 60 students. I actively contributed to the delivery of lessons and tutorials, offering general and one-on-one support services to an average of 15 students per week. Additionally, I kept accurate records and reports for all students, ensuring that the data was up-to-date and easily accessible. In group settings, I acted as a support to the lecturer, helping to facilitate group discussions and activities with the students.
