  Led a team of 16 students who set up 7 teenage girls mentoring groups. This was the first time Shavot created leadership groups in BeerSheva. Liaised with local schools as well as the BeerSheva ecosystem. Supervised and trained the students’ teams. Lubner Award granted for social excellence for outstanding students.
