  As Executive Officer for The Salvation Army, forming valuable partnerships with community organizations, congregations, and multicultural groups was my primary focus so we could achieve our short and long term goals. I also managed 30+ individuals and conducted various services and outreach programs to aid adults and youth. Some of my key accomplishments include:• Introduced engaging programs for After School care, while coordinating and managing all spiritual programs catering for all age groups.• Leveraged translation equipment and applications to translate sermons and teachings.• Organized social service initiatives, serving around 1500 families over Christmas.• Served internationally, providing support and spiritual care for first responders and victims of disasters, combatting human trafficking in several transnational settings.• Forged and nurtured lasting relationships by visiting and liaising constantly with potential donors, to secure continued support.   In this role, I aimed to bring positive change to vulnerable individuals by directing the organizational operations as both a religious institution and a charity to expand our reach in the middle east and other regions. Some of my key accomplishments include: • Partnered with various NPOs, religious entities, and government officials to reach and aid vulnerable individuals/groups (covering human trafficking, labor abuse, domestic violence, and visa issues).• Provided support by travelling to assigned countries and respective offices, while acting as chief liaison between local government, embassies, and private charities.• Launched and managed dedicated women's safe house to support women within individual and specific situations comprising Visa renewals, repatriation, or new employer allocations.
