    • Take2 Performing Arts School & Casting Agency

      Sept 2012 - Feb 2014
      Performing Arts Teacher

Having studied speech and drama from the age of 5 and realised the many benefits e.g. increased confidence, improved communication and interpersonal skills, increased clarity and fluency of speech, the development of my own voice and personal awareness, etc., I subsequently spent two wonderful years, whilst completing my degree, with Take Two Performing Arts School. I taught speech and drama to children as a stand-alone subject on weekdays and as part of a three-hour Performing Arts ‘circuit' on Saturday mornings. The children I taught ranged in age from 4 to 18 years old. Every year culminated in a professional show taking place in the Pavilion Theatre in Dun Laoghaire, Dublin. Show less

      Jan 2013 - Feb 2014
      Client Consultant

Upon completing my degree in psychology, I spent almost two years working for McNulty as a Client Relationship Manager. My role consisted of building and managing client relationships within both the sport and corporate worlds, providing exceptional project management and support in the delivery of their development programmes. I thoroughly enjoyed working with my clients around team building, leadership development, coaching, mental conditioning, resilience and energy management.

    • EY Lane4

      Feb 2014 - Feb 2017

As an Account Manager, I was responsible for managing the success of, and driving the continued growth, of our existing business accounts including a range of FTSE 100 organisations. The role was varied and evolving but a day in the life ranged from holding client meetings and writing programme proposals to direct involvement in our client programmes which could mean anything from content design through to delivering with Lane4 consultants. As part of my role, I built relationships with new clients and worked closely with them to understand their business needs before producing a high quality proposal, presenting our proposed solution and managing an effective handover to the Operations Team; whilst maintaining the relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the solution continued to meet their business needs and surpass their expectations.

      Principal Consultant

Blue Sky (since acquired by Capita) was a performance improvement consultancy which aimed to help it's clients achieve outstanding business outcomes - from improved sales and service, to better employee engagement, to large scale transformation projects. The Principal Consultant (PC) role is a senior role within Operations and a key role in the business because of the span of responsibility. As a PC, I managed a portfolio of clients from a range of industries across all of our service lines but, predominantly leadership and talent development. My role was to manage the end-to-end delivery of client projects from solution design through to the evaluation of the intervention. I did this as a standalone consultant and/or by leading a team of associates depending on project size. Show less
