  As the head of Project Management Office, I managed up to 5 Project Managers and more than 20 simultaneous projects with the implementation of agile managements tools and techniques. Based on company’s OPIs (Operational Performance Indicators), KPIs and close communications with client’s stakeholders, using problem solving techniques, I defined along with the Project Leaders and Teams, actions items and risks to be monitored under my program. Successfully lead a high performance team of 15+ developers and QA to deliver high demand software that supported up to 300k simultaneous users for Sirius XM. A combination of the latest technology, high skilled team and agile methodologies allowed us to meet the project goals within the project constraints.
