Take lead in communicating with executive leadership in making difficult decisions around feature prioritization, timing, cost, and resource allocation strategies. Play active role in mentoring other product managers and teaching various problem solving tools and frameworks.• Lead full digital transformation of largest tire retailer in the United States. Account is now responsible for ~10% of company revenue. Managed multiple agile teams to take entire operating system from idea to launch in just over a year. Led discovery sessions weekly with CEO to ideate, gather requirements, prioritize features and ultimately ship working product to stores. Gained trust with client to help drive multiple new contracts for expanded work.• With simple UX decreased onboarding training from 5 days to less than 5 hours. With client growing quickly through acquisition we were able to cut employee onboarding by 80%. Allowing training teams to focus on driving business results rather than managing operations in outdated systems and technology. • Built consumer financial wellness app for Fortune 500 company. Worked with executives at large corporation to build wellness app targeted to improving financial wellness of employees. Team was highly focused on driving best financial habits for user, and successfully launched to app store in our targeted time line.• Led and trained more than 15 junior product owners.
