  The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Acosta is one of the most extensive and well-rounded programs for college graduates to gain experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Over the course of 18 months, I worked through 5 core business areas, allowing me to experience all the different ways that Acosta supports their clients. I was able to learn new functions, work alongside different teams, and further define how I wanted to pursue my career.
