Calculating the charges on bill (Initiation/Periodic/Interim/Final), and verify if they are as per the (initiation/periodic) charges loaded on billing or not.10. Verifying if the required discounts are being availed by the customers in bill or not if the customer is possessing a commitment discount plan 11. Explaining the tester if the rating has been done as per uniform rating /Staircase tier/Staircase threshold plan of rating. 12. Bouncing the apache server daily morning for sanity testing. Show less
