  • Was legal representative in Holdings and Treasury Project Team – a multi-disciplinary (Tax, Treasury, Controllers, Insurance and Legal) team that reviewed, approved and oversaw the implementation of all corporate projects in the Shell Group.• Advised on, negotiated and concluded the bible of agreements for the Blyth Wind Farm, the first UK offshore wind farm, including shareholder agreements and agreements for trading of carbon credits, construction agreement, etc.• Key contributor to the Shell Group Binding Corporate Rules.
