  Develop and manage the annual training plan for the NDSU UGPTI Transportation Learning Network (TLN). TLN is a technology transfer program developed to serve the transportation interests for our partner states. TLNs partner states are North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana DOTs and includes the Mountain Plains Consortium (MPC). Coordinate and facilitate webinars. The TLN Team delivers roughly 35 presentations each year and reaches over 4,000 participants annually!
