      As a junior officer between 2006 and 2014, my responsibilities encompassed various aspects of leadership, organization, and operational efficiency within the national units.I successfully oversaw personnel and unit operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of the unit's activities. Some of my key responsibilities and achievements during these roles include:I actively administered the unit's information flow, managing the drafting of memoranda, cover letters, and other official documents. I utilized standard software packages like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure compliance with national templates and formats. By maintaining an efficient follow-up system for pending actions, I ensured timely completion of tasks such as maintenance, training and exercises.I played a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration of the unit's activities. This involved arranging meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing leave plans for my staff. By organizing my workload effectively, I ensured the accurate and timely execution of duties, contributing to enhanced operational efficiency.I collected, categorized, and tracked relevant information required for various tasks and projects. I maintained well-structured paper and electronic filing systems to facilitate easy access to information on maintenance and logistic records. Additionally, I updated logistic information in national databases to enable efficient knowledge sharing with relevant stakeholders.I also ensured adherence to proper financial procedures for the unit's budget.
