    With over three decades of experience across multiple businesses, I have successfully led operational and cultural turnarounds that have not only provided direction for sustainable growth at the organisational level, but have also inspired change across the Cement and Bicycle industries. With strong strategic skills, a sharp focus on execution and an instinct for constantly challenging the status quo, I have enabled huge transformation in the fields of brand perception, corporate identity, supply, sustainability initiatives and corporate excellence.
