Job responsibility:1.Order follow up: from getting an order to picking up goods safely for customer side. 1)Negotiate with suppliers for all the points of the order, such as products, price, quantity, payment terms, delivery time, packing…2)After getting the order, Issue the PO and PI to supplier, setting up schedule including PPS, packaging, production start, date of inspection, ETD, ETA and arrange deposit if needed. Avoiding the possibility of delay.3)Keep monitoring the status of production, go to do inspection by myself if needed, confirm time of loading container.4)Guide the final inspection before shipment, communicate with forwarder and shipment arrangement. Doing inspection job by myself very often, my QC job is according to the AQL standard, and check the function, apperance, packaging, safety, standard. doing effective communication to the supplier to solve the problem, balance the delivery time and quality, make the best decition to my company.5)Get feedback from the customer after receiving the goods, balance payment arrangement. 6)Documents operation, “Open bravo” ERP system operation and updating.2. Sourcing job: Contact with inspection institution, colleagues and customers oversea, and have a systematized and efficient process for my sourcing job. Searching the products from target market, finding the products which is worth to develop base on the price difference, operability. Then sourcing at domestic market to make a lot of presentation for each kind of products, recommend to our customer by seasonal and keep following up.2.Sourcing new items as the requirement of the customer.
