      Talent Programme Member 2015 - Mar 2015 I gained entry onto the Debenhams staff talent programme intake year 2015 following an entry process that involved using my presentation skills to secure my place. I was accepted due to my pride and passion within the role. Whilst on the programme I learned more about motivating staff and staff incentives, sales plans and targets and retail communications.
