  Responsible for leading research projects to help understand family and worker experiences using a variety of research methods and creative approaches Each project has required me to plan, collect and analyse data and disseminate through a range of mediums to audiences including the community, funders and professionals. I have developed relationships to enable partnership working and have been closely involved in the planning, development and delivery of a number of conferences and events for a variety of audiences. In addition I have assisted in the development of a website and online communication strategy and campaigns. As part of a systems change project I have been required tounderstand the role of evidence in complex environments and use systems thinking to understand issues and develop solutions.
