  This was an exciting placement at a luxury retreat in the heart of the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park. In this position I worked as an assistant on a range of projects for in-house marketing collateral. These projects spanned across print marketing, social media and the company website.

  Harlequin is a busy design studio based near Cardiff, who's primary contract is with Just Eat. In my time with the business I worked on print projects for established brands right across the UK. I also worked on creating designs for company rebrands, as well as new businesses starting up. This was a short but very busy spell with an exciting company, managing time was crucial as deadlines were urgent on a day-to-day basis. This role thoroughly helped me understand a knowledge for the print process, and liaising with printers and other designers was crucial to being a success in the role. Show less

  In my position at MOBAD I worked on wide range of design projects, spanning across both print and web for new businesses starting up, as well as established brands. At MOBAD I regularly designed for international clientele such as Renault and Suez, to whom we had ongoing contracts with. In this position I gained an invaluable knowledge of the printing process, and building strong relationships with the printers and other designers was key.

  I joined Checkatrade.com from working in a design studio to experience working in-house for a national brand that is achieving phenomenal growth. During my time I’ve led a company rebrand and expanded the department becoming manager. As brand champion I oversaw the creation of our existing brand guidelines, and ensure everything is on-brand company wide.At Checkatrade.com my role is to liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure I produce quality work from their initial concepts every time. I work on a range of collateral including; logos, roller banners, exhibition stands, posters, brochures, leaflets, stationary, newsletters, web banners, social GIF’s, animated videos, photography and more.I am always keen to develop my skillset, keeping on top of trends and seeking out new courses.
