  Malinda Brownlee Howell is proud to be the Office Manager of the 190 @ Jupiter Office and Co-manager of the Cedar Creek Lake office of Ebby Halliday Realtors. An industry leader on the local, state and national levels, Malinda possesses a vast knowledge of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and serves as a mentor for new and experienced real estate agents, as well as new Ebby Halliday managers. She has completed the Leadership Garland program affiliated with the Garland Chamber of Commerce, the Leadership Richardson program affiliated with the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, and the Citizens Police Academy of the Garland Police Department. Malinda is a member of the 2014 Garland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, a member of the Alumni Association of Texas Tech University, and a former board member of The New Beginning Center. She served as the Ebby Halliday Companies' coordinator for the 2012 and 2013 City of Richardson Corporate Challenge benefiting Special Olympics.   TREPAC Chair

  TREPAC is a statewide, nonpartisan group of real estate professionals working to protect private property rights for REALTORS and Property Owners. The role of a TREPAC/Legislative Liaison is two-fold. First, liaisons are responsible for sharing important legislative information with colleagues. Second, liaisons are asked to encourage office members to support the real estate industry by investing in TREPAC.
