  Worked developing code and changes to the Siebel CRM platform built on top of an Oracle database to support the General Motors loyalty programs.-Successfully insourced the loyalty platform for the GM credit card allowing integration with the GM Rewards Program thus increasing revenue impact by 500% by working in a full lifecycle development pipeline that involved gathering and understanding requirements, coding, testing, implementation of features.-Owned solution design and delivery of credit card offers, enabling customers to engage with GM in new and varied ways, resulting in $500M of incremental revenue to GM by gathering requirements, analyzing issues, fixing bugs, providing enhancements, and helping train and answer business partner questions.-Quickly learned new technologies, like Siebel, and analyzed software design and code flows to successfully complete over 100 user stories, features, and bugs across multiple applications as well as assist newer team members with questions and tasks.-Successfully transitioned to and worked in a SAFe agile software development pipeline that delivered more than 10 releases over the course of a year by engaging with the training leading up to the transition and being flexible with team changes.-Worked with an Oracle relational database containing hundreds of tables using SQL to pull, join, and change data in order to better understand the table and data structure to successfully complete development changes and tasks.-Took on a personal project to create a Python script that would convert JSON API inputs to an XML format that was compatible with loading into Siebel to enable the testing of certain scripts inside the Siebel UI.-Began taking training in the Salesforce CRM environment to support an eventual transition from the Siebel CRM to the Salesforce CRM.-Worked scripting custom solutions for the Siebel CRM platform using eScript, a scripting language with Javascript as it's core language.
