      I developed and executed client business plans to elevate their performance and success within their specified industry. Additionally, I planned corporate events for clients by creating targeted clientele guest lists, budgeting, creating advertisements, and sitting in on client meetings. I also observed and practiced analytical consulting skills with political clients, businesses, and internal practices.

      Director of Men’s Soccer, Women’s Basketball, CGM Experience, and Alumni Relations I plan and implement internal weekly tailgates, committee meetings, and incentive events for 130 members in collaboration with committee members to promote involvement and support for 24 Varsity IU athletic teams. I promote monthly alumni tailgates, mentorship, social hours, and newsletters to further engagement for 2,000+ alumni.       I integrate alumni into the operations of the organization through networking sessions, appearances in organization-wide meetings, newsletters, and events to engage members while leveraging the industry and professional knowledge of alumni. I also organized the alumni database of over 200 past members as a personal and professional resource for members to foster seamless connections and relationships through networking calls, events, and mentorship pairings. I establish and maintain relationships with corporate partners by planning events for the organization based on the interests and needs of members. I also coordinate networking and recruiting opportunities for members with representatives from stand-out firms within a variety of business industries. I facilitated, organized, and executed professional development events, for over 100 members of the organization, that were captivating and relevant to current professional topics and news. I corresponded with corporate sponsors to provide exposure and networking opportunities for members. I planned etiquette and networking events exclusively created for members and their interests to further shape their business acumen. I was selected as one of 32 out of 282 applicants offered membership after application and two formal interviews. I organized and facilitated events for members of the organization to grow in their professional skill sets. I cultivated captivating events that promote growth and development in members and leaders.

      I helped transition the annuity and investment contract “print” (approval and distribution) process to an internal operation by assisting in data analysis to procure a customized operation. I was also tasked with analyzing 300+ annuity and investment contracts daily to ensure the integrity of the statements is maintained throughout the transition and distribution process.       Global Experience and Operations Strategy Intern

      I analyzed employee feedback to identify deficits in workplace experience to formulate and implement additional preventative solutions and more regularly serviced amenities that reduced the number of employee assistance reports by 12%. I also identified the global workplace stakeholders to improve the consistency of communication across 84 offices to allow for a transferrable implementation process of operations procedures and employee assistance resources in seven countries.
