      My role is to analyse the UK&I Print sales data, report and present the current position compared to the forecast to the sales managers and wider team. I present to senior management via conference calls and in person. I have learnt to be concise and produce a clear analysis using detail aids including graphs. I often present to the wider team providing the relevant insight into performance for operations, category, marketing and finance departments. I used Excel daily and have developed a strong aptitude for the software. I learnt to manipulate data using techniques including Power Pivots and Macros. Providing daily reports to management I have not only developed a professional standard but became more efficient and precise. Further to this, I have developed skills forecasting the Print performance for the quarter. I needed to understand the marketing, trends and possible external influencing factors. I liaised with the sales team for their insight into the pipeline and business progress necessary for accurate forecasting. My role requires analysis of a variety of data using different metrics and what this means to HP. Analytical and communication skills facilitated me in leading meetings, providing insight on segments performance, recognised trends and predicted future performance. I have learnt to understand complex data and being able to recognise patterns resulting in proving valued explanation and forecasting. I am involved in the decision-making process throughout the quarter. Decisions on whether or not to realign the forecast based on performance. Show less

      It has been a unique experience, filled with international travel and collaboration with partners from remarkable destinations including Vietnam, China, South Africa, and the USA to name a few. During the latest edition of the race, we achieved exceptional success. From building dynamic partnerships and orchestrating unforgettable events to connecting with embassy-level officials and elevating the Clipper Race beyond a global yacht race to a prominent business platform, each stopover has offered its own unique learning experience. The accomplishments across five continents in the 11-month race circuit stand as a testament to the hard work, and resilience of our incredible Race Crew. I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together in the Clipper 2023-24 Race. Show less
