I also oversee the completion of the month-end reports. I have recently updated the monthly reports to improve the efficiency; this has cut the completion time by about 50%.

  As a para-planner I was an assistant to the financial representative. I prepared client paperwork before meetings, attended meetings, and handled any follow-up that may arise from the meetings including account applications and prospect follow-up. I also handled the monthly rep and para reports which I pulled from our CRM, Junxure and input into Quickbase for tracking purposes. I have also developed instructional sheets for our team to use to aid in the optimization of our CRM system.
